2016 - 2018
Evernote reached out to me to join their team as a visual designer. My background had been ecommerce design, and illustrations that I had done in my freelance work. I took the position and learned so much. Evernote really helped me develop my illustration style, and also allowed me to design on a much different level. The stage was much larger, and somewhat intimidating at first. I am so grateful for the team that I worked with at Evernote, they taught me so much.
Evernote released it's Evernote 8 product, and I was the designer on the campaign and landing page. The release was the first update to Evernote for IOS in over a year. It featured an easier to use interface, and a lot of new functionality.
Our team was set up into pods that supported the marketing team's needs. My pod covered product releases and integrations. With each release or new integration, we would announce it to on our blog.
Evernote was the official notetakers of SXSW. Both our CEO and CTO had presentations at the event. I created a landing page and blog post for the announcement.
